Date Energy Balls

The ultimate snack or pre-workout hit! This snack only requires a handful of ingredients with very minimal prep work AND is so satisfying!

Makes 12-24 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Raw almonds

  • 200g pitted medjool dates

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

  • 2 tbsp raw cacao

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender (either works well) and blend until well combined and there are no big chunks of butter or dates.

    *Note: a dash of water may help the blending process

  2. Scoop out the mix into a large bowl. Using your hands (we recommend wearing gloves), roll the mix into 2-3cm sized balls and place them into a container.

Tip!

  • Store in an airtight container in your fridge and it will last at least a week.
